From idea to delivery, in four steps.
1. Describe the outcome
Start a development request in your workspace. Tell us what you need, what already exists, and what finished work should do. Add reference files when useful.
2. Agree on the scope
CoreHQ asks for missing details and prepares a scope and fixed quote. You can review the deliverables and price before deciding.
3. Approve and pay
An agency administrator approves the quote and pays through secure checkout. Work begins after payment. Any later change is quoted for separate approval.
4. Follow and review delivery
Keep the conversation, files, and delivery status in CoreHQ. Review the finished work against the agreed scope and accept the delivery.
What can I request?
Examples include a client portal, a website feature, a workflow integration, or an internal tool. Describe the outcome you need; we will confirm what can be delivered and price it before work starts.
